For burn out, remembering to dedicate time for yourself is important. Sometimes we forget because of ....life. Try scheduling a block of time, whether it is just 2 hrs or one day a week, just for you. Add it to the same scheduler you use for work.

On your "me time" try spending time doing things with your dog, exercising, bindge watching a movie or tv show or just listening to music while doing a puzzle or coloring in an adult coloring book.

I haven't been able to do this much because every moment is work, work, work but just for 2 more weeks and I did manage to take all of last Saturday off!!

After my teaching gig ends, I will be blocking time off for self-care again!

I've also been taking longer walks with the pup and absolutely binging TV shows when I can LOL.
